2024 Year in Review

2024 was a pivotal year for the Chatham-Kent Ontario Health Team (CKOHT) — marked by collaboration, growth, and meaningful progress in advancing patient-centered care. CKOHT is now comprised of 54 partner organizations, united by a shared commitment to improving the local health system and advancing health outcomes for our community. 

We extend our sincere appreciation to every member of CKOHT – together, we’ve continued to build momentum in planning and delivering equitable and accessible care to the people of Chatham-Kent.
