It can be difficult to find the health and social services that are available in your community. We are working towards a system that will allow you to access health and social service support 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Connects you to non-emergency community and social services and government supports in your area in many languages 24 hours a day / 7 days a week.

Connects you to a qualified health professional who can provide health advice and information 24 hours a day / 7 days a week.

Dial 911 in an emergency when you need immediate help from police, fire or ambulance services 24 hours a day / 7 days a week.

Dial or text 988 to access mental health and suicide prevention support. Bilingual, trauma-informed, and culturally appropriate supports are available 24 hours a day / 7 days a week.

Urgent Care Ontario

Chatham-Kent residents can access urgent care without 
leaving home.
Online urgent care is available for residents 
in Southwestern Ontario. Appointment costs are fully 
covered with an Ontario health card.
